I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the breathtaking view of Jungfrau from the back terrace was like a slice of heaven, the thin walls in the rooms allowed noises from other guests to disturb my peace at times. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable, with very friendly and accommodating staff, especially helpful when I had an issue with lost luggage. The location was fabulous, offering easy access to hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and nearby attractions. The dining options were good, although the menu repeated daily.
